Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in signing Steven Nzonzi when the transfer window reopens this summer, according to reports.Nzonzi, the midfielder, currently plays for Roma having joined the Serie A side from Sevilla last summer, shortly after he won the World Cup with France.1
